I think i may have the flu but i don't have all of the symptoms. i have headaches achy muscles and tiredness. i don't have a sore throat cough runny nose or fever. my symptoms started on jan 1st and hasn't gotten any better. so knowing my symptoms, do i have the flu?
It is possible, but if you don't have a fever it is likely it is just a cold. with the flu, a fever is usually present, 100 degrees or over.
