I just recently got diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis (IC) and do not think that the symptoms I am experiencing are related to the IC. For three days, my bowl movements have been off track. Constipation as well as diarrhea. I also have a headache as well as light headedness, back and side pain, slight cramping, nausea, hot and cold flashes, fatigue, shortness of breath, dry mouth, and no appetite. what could it be?
