My guineapig has scurvy?!?

by Symptom Advice on January 14, 2011

I know she has it i regognise the symptoms i breed them and hes got it hes only young so i thin he might not recover :( how do i care for him besides feeding him heaps of vitamin c but i cant afford vet fees. x

If you cannot afford to go to the friggin vet, you shouldn't be breeding godda.mned guinea pigs!!!!! use common sense! Skimp on the internets, don't eat so much, and cut some corners. Set up an appointment and a payment plan so that your poor animal can get the treatment it needs. then get them neutered!

Edit:: you also should hav PREVENTED scurvy with PROPER DIET. since you recognise it, this is OBVIOUSLY not the first time this happened. God, people. Care for your animals before you create more that you can't even HANDLE!

Edit:: Obviously you are a child by your childish, ineffective little 'insults'. Poohead? Really? If you'd provided more info, then I probably could have given you a better answer. How did this boar (assumingly boar) get scorvy? If he had a proper diet, and he was bred, and his mother also was on a proper diet for an impregnanted and carrying sow, then the chances of him getting scurvy are close to 0.0004%.
