Yes, you need to go to the doctor to be properly diagnosed. If you leave a simple bladder infection untreated it could go into a kidney infection, which is very painful and quite a bit more serious. Just to take a urine test…simple…fast…effective.
if you didn't treat it yes. it could've moved up to your kidneys.
