The discharge may be a symptom, but it could also be a symptom for tons of other things. the only way to know if you have cervical cancer is to go to the doctor and have them do tests to find out. good luck!
There aren't very many symptoms for cervical cancer and thats why we have regular smear/pap tests to catch any potentially cancerous cells. the discharge you discribe sounds more like you have thrush or an infection, go to your local sexual health clinic to be tested. best wishes.
