Could there be any chest pains with it? ever heard of toxins in the gall bladder?

horrible chest pains that radiate towards your back., feels like your going to die.

Gallbladder attacks usually occur after eating a large fatty meal. The pain is felt in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen (under your ribs on the right side) which is where your gallbladder is located. The pain may radiate to the right shoulder blade or back.
Avoid eating fatty foods. go to a doctor and get an ultrasound for a diagnosis of gallstones.
