What are the different signs & symptoms of tuberculosis?

Whenever I spit out phlegms, there's a blood in it. My throat hurts, I cough a lot. Difficulty on breathing. I'm struggling right now and I don't know what to do. I think my asthma has gotten severe and it turned into tuberculosis.
