really informative about each sympton.
hope this helps and you feel better.

The symptoms of stomach cancer can be quite vague. Symptoms can include

Indigestion, acidity and burping
Feeling full
Bleeding or tiredness and breathlessness because you have lost blood
Blood clots
Pain
Feeling or being sick
Difficulty in swallowing
Loss of appetite or weight loss

My Grandfather had stomach cancer. His symptoms were Vomiting, and Throwing up Blood as well as Nose Bleeds. Believe it or not, Constipation itself can make you feel like "SH**…giving you more symptoms than you desire. Try treating your constipation and see that your nausea, and bloating will improve.

Constipation would not be a typical symptom of stomach cancer.

A burning, acid reflux type feeling is the most commen symptom. also, lack of appetite especially for meat is very commen.

Do remember that stomach cancer is extremely rare in anyone under 50, and almost unheard 35.
