Depends on which one. Usually the presenting symptom is pain, because it has fractured, and by that time is probably a metastasized from another organ. another sign is a spontaneous fracture with out a predisposing factor, usually " I was walking and it suddenly broke" Apart from that it is almost impossible to find or diagnose beforehand
