I was making a sleeve and it turned out to be a little tight. My hand kinda went into a darker shade then usual and the part where the sleeve is tight started going cold… Then I loosened it and it was not so tight, not much darker, but still going a little cold.. Is this a sign of restricted blood flow in the arms?
Your arm would be colder then the rest of your body. your blood pressure would be reduced in that arm. A doctor can check for reduced blood flow by doing several blood pressure measurements on your different limbs and seeing of there is a dramatic difference in any one.
