What can I do to aid my asthma symptoms?

by Symptom Advice on December 6, 2010

I had to stay over at my boyfriend's house for a few days. I'm an asthma patient, but rarely get symptoms so I forgot my inhaler and I have no way to reach it. I've heard there are remedies I could do at home, can anyone tell me the most effective? Please and thank you!

always take your meds with you
its the only real treatment for your condition aside from calling 911

and the first thing thou use your doctor will ask is did you is did you use your rescue inhaler and when you say no i left it at home and went away for a few days
hes going to yell and lecture you

put the inhaler in your in your purse and always carry your purse

time to grow up little lady you want to run away with your boyfriend take your medicine with you
its called being a responsible adult
you have a condition be proactive and keep the meds on you

i am an asthmatic too
im betting your boyfriend doesnt know tell him

Asthma can be a life-threatening condition, so always take your meds with you.

Okay: there aren't really any home remedies. But if you can get to a drug store get Primatene Mist or a generic over-the-counter epinephrine inhaler. (The pharmacist can help you.)

If it doesn't help, your good friends at 9-1-1 are waiting to hear from you.
