What do you do if you have a lot of symptoms of anorexia?

but you noyou aren't and you are not in denial and youre doctor agrees with you but all of you're friends think you are???

Gain 15 pounds. that will silence all those pesky friends! Hope this helps.

If you've consulted a doctor and he agrees that you are not anorexic, then tell your friends that you understand their concern but you've checked with a doctor and that you are OK and not worry. After that, you'll have to ignore the comments and get on with your life.

Nowadays people often confuse thinness with anorexia. It's annoying; i deal with it every day. If you and your doctor know you're healthy, forget what your friends say.

If an actual doctors says you're not anorexic, and your diet is the same as your friends, then trust the doc. Look at a weight chart and see if you're within your limits for your height, sometimes, depending on your area, people just aren't used to skinny people. plus, it could be genetics, if your parents or somewhere in the family tree, someone is skinny, then it could be just that. Friends are great, but they don't always know what's best for you. Check the chart on the link below, hope it helps :)
