Repcillin is the best for any sort of Eczema or Psoriasis, it is gentle on the skin and the healing power is amazing. I guess it is made from crocodile fat and has the strength to heal most skin conditions, good luck!!

My daughter has really bad eczema. her dermatologist suggested we do these things and so far it has worked to keep it controlled.
Wash all clothes in scent and dye free laundry detergant.
Bath every other day, in Aveeno bath oil, and wash hair with soaps that are scent free, I use Aveeno milk bath soap.
Pat dry, or air dry.
Moisturize skin with Aquafor or Vasaline (anything oil based is better than creamy lotions)
He gave us a prescription for eczema oil and it has worked wonders!
Also, take benadryl if the itching is so severe that you can not stop.

I understand it is best to avoid the tar based lotions because they can make skin more sensitive to sunlight . They can also stain clothing.Guttate plaque psoriasis and all of the other variations of dermatitis eczema can respond well to certain natural lotions

tea tree oil is sometimes helpful

Getting some sun. or short trips to the tanning bed.
