I know the doctor puts his finger in your rectum and feels around. Does he full lump and then assume you have prostate cancer pending on a biopsy?

what he does is checks for lumps or an enlarged prostate. now if your up in age my dr.says it,s natural for a man,s prostate to be enlarged some.
