blood in stool here and there. bright red or maroon sometimes.
fatigue, yawning a lot.
harder to get up due to lack of energy and back pain.
no diarrhea, no abdominal pain, no weight loss.
would it be ulcerative colitis ?
intense abdominal pain and lots and lots of gas
Bloody diarrhea is the most common symptom, but since you don't have this, it's probably something else. Check with your doctor!
