Your Health Podcast: Sidewalk Rage And Dangerous Cheese : Shots – Health Blog : NPR

by Symptom Advice on March 20, 2011

Our hosts April Fulton and Rebecca Davis like to get where they are going in a hurry, muttering under their breath at slower pedestrians and as they blow past. this week, they learned they are actually exhibiting symptoms of a new syndrome: “sidewalk rage.”

On the show they’ll discuss their pedestrian aggression, as well as American loyalty to fast-food, cheese makers in trouble with the FDA, and a link between baldness and prostate cancer.

Plus: How can you get a 6-year-old to eat his broccoli? and how does learning this kind of self-control now affect his future? We’ve got two stories that seek to answer these questions.
