Is Trimetazidine dihydrochloride a good option to treat cervical dizziness symptoms?

I have some dizziness from cervical arthrosis. it is not really a vertigo, just unsteadiness. my doctor want me to take Trimetazidine 35mg twice a day. anyone with experience with this med? here in my country the commercial name is Vastarel MR from "Les Laboratoires Servier", France.
