If you have Chlamydia/Gonorrhea but show NO symptoms, can a STD test still come up positive? should you even get tested with no symptoms?
I've read these diseases can cause permanent damage if untreated.

You can have an std with out showing symptoms, they can be carried in the body for long periods of time before they even start to show symptoms. Men don't have many symptoms of stds simply because they have strong immune systems which can help suppress symptoms.
