Is it posible to hav malaria in the UK after treatn it twice in africa?

I had malaria twice in my country in july/sept and treated it well and recoverd.Came back to the UK in september and now i am having flu-like symptoms.Could it be flu or malaria.am confused cos i dnt thnk i shud have malaria after al dt treatment.
