by Symptom Advice on December 21, 2010

In high school, I knew some guys who are addicted to the gym. They spend four hours a day and drinking weightlifting bodybuilding shakes a few times a day. at school, ate a friend of my men, a diet of raw tuna and protein shakes to keep playing and feel healthy. On March 13, 2007, the Washington Post a comment about men and eating disorders. A lot and many men suffer from hunger themselves or undernutrition (anorexia), binging and purging (bulimia) or binge eating. In fact, their eating habits are a classification problem is progress. Historically, eating disorders, a problem for women were designed. the correct diagnosis of matter has allowed parties to male to win the right to treatment. According to the article, men suffer just like the girls because they do not feel the “excellent” the body they feel now they have reached grow. They want the six-pack abs, chest muscles and muscles well defined in the arms and legs. There seems to be a stigma on the “good body.” For humans, it is masculinity that they feel more attractive and valuable. For women, beauty and slimming represented as an intrusion of self-esteem. L self esteem for many women and men is how they understand others decide, according to their bodies dictated. especially for men and women with eating disorders is a matter of perception. Person else spends as much time obsessed with every turn or every muscle. Nobody else notice that the perception in detail as extreme physical challenges that men and women with eating disorders and do not see that others see them. Perception is more alive than the truth. as a life coach, I target the underlying ideas that feed the habits and behavior eating disorder OCD. what is the reason women and girls suffering from eating disorders have obsessive-compulsive behavior? It is due to thinking needs OCD. You spend so much time attached to their image, body, food intake and hunger, or they feel fullness (perceived or real) they are the result of an obsessive-compulsive behavior. In a coaching session with my most buyers, we provide the particular thoughts that trigger specific actions. the determination of thought is not difficult. After a couple minutes talking with a client again, he is with me to share his beliefs or fears about himself and his life. we begin with the primary thought I unwholesome and starts asking questions that invite the customer to see exactly how his thoughts have an unhealthy impact on her life. For example, the idea might be, “I will make sense to get a good feeling.” I can ask the consumer if that we think quite true. then we tend to be some things they were produced on the assumption that thoughts have been discussed. How was it permissible as a result of the assumption that thought. In a flash, then I invite him to imagine what his life would be if they thought it meant. How different his life would be how can the relationship be different from them? For the open goal, I urge consumers to manage me three reasons why the idea would not be true, “I want to appear smart to feel good.” the reason I ask this question after this that I is how his life would be totally different when it is no longer a strong inspiration, therefore, he ruled that dictates his actions and led to habits of life-threatening need. as humans we tend to capacity our thoughts or not to believe. If a thought does not serve a healthy environment, at the end of support, we tend to the right to discard and replace, they have an idea, inspiring and true. In doing so, we have a common tendency to self-hatred and shame deleted. Helping buyers to make unhealthy thoughts is strict, as I have, however, facilitate a eating disorder. It’s like me for my trouble Food again six years ago.
