There are many factors in the modern age which are causes of testosterone deficiency. we usually use those factors to ease of our life but they effects our life such as pesticides and hormones to grow our food, fertilizers to maintain our lawns green, and have landfills full of plastic from our microwave dinners, water bottles, and food containers. These all factors contain xenoestrogens that is an environmental version of the female sex hormone estrogen which is the main reason of low testosterone levels in men. and over estrogen may be cause of undesirable things e.g. hair loss, low sperm, lack of ability to get production, obesity, engorged breast.

Testosterone levels can down after 30th, but usually it’s happened in 40’s to 60’s.well its may be causes of some serious diseases e.g. depression, diabetes, prostate problems, heart problems, osteoporosis etc. Mostly patients come with this problem have these symptoms:

  • Tiredness
  • Sleeping disturbance
  • Hair loss
  • Sweating
  • Weakness in bones
  • Memory loss
  • Obesity
  • Low stamina after physical recovery activities
  • Some psychological problems
